THIS WEEK WE ARE GOING TO BE DOING A BREATHING EXERCISE OF BREATHING IN THRU THE NOSE AND WHILE HOLDING YOUR BREATH TO THE COUNT OF 10 PULL IN YOUR STOMACH.     DO THIS 5 TIMES A DAY

NEXT WHILE SITTING IN YOUR CHAIR. LIFT LEFT LEG OUT STRAIGHT PUSHING OUT WITH YOUR HEAL AND COUNT TO TEN. THEN DO IT WITH THE RIGHT LEG. GET THAT ARCHILLES TENDON STRETCHED. DO THIS 5 TIMES EACH LEG.
